Dry Martini

Quite simply the king of cocktails, no drink has done more to push the cocktail into the limelight.
The image of a martini glass, punctuated with an olive, timelessly endures through film, art, and culture. A marriage of gin and vermouth, nobody is quite sure who first got them to say “I do” in the late 1800s.
- Which gin? (we recommend Fords Gin)
- Which vermouth?
- How much gin, how much vermouth?
- Bitters?
- Which garnish?
- What glass?
The most personal of cocktails. Everybody has (or should have) an opinion on how to make the perfect martini.
