Red Snapper

Rolled Intense, Savory

Arguably the predecessor of the Bloody Mary, this version requires a juniper-forward London dry gin as its base. The botanical flavors pair well with the tomato juice and complex layers of spice.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Fords Gin
  • 4-6 parts Tomato Juice
  • 2 dash Worcestershire
  • 4 dash Tobasco
  • Pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
  • 2 Splashes of Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and roll it back and forth between two mixing glasses to combine the ingredients.
  • Strain into a large glass filled 3/4 full with ice.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and other decorations of one's choosing.
