Sloe Gin Fizz

Shaken Crisp, Fruity, Refreshing

An iconic sour in its own right, the character of a Sloe Gin Fizz comes from its namesake – sloe fruit, sweetened and steeped in gin. Tart, refreshing and fruit-forward, this is truly a drink for all seasons.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Fords Gin Sloe Gin
  • 1 part Fords Gin
  • 3/4 parts Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 parts Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Top with Club Soda

Instructions

  • Dry shake all the ingredients (except with club soda)
  • Shake again with ice
  • Double strain into fizz glass
  • Top with club soda and lemon wheel
