Vesper Martini

Shaken Aromatic, Spiritous

A certain iconic literary super spy’s favorite tipple, named after the first spy he ever fell in love with. The classic gin martini, but shaken, and with the addition of vodka and Lillet Blanc instead of the typical dry vermouth. An excellent starter martini for the uninitiated.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Fords Gin
  • 1 part Vodka
  • .5 parts Lillet Blanc

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with lemon peel.
