Triple Citrus Gin & Tonic

Built, Hi-ball Glass Citrusy, Refreshing

The primary cocktail of an entire category- this hi-ball is by far the most common gin tipple out there. The bitterness of the quinine in the tonic is the perfect counterbalance to the abundance of juniper in a London dry gin. The addition of three different citrus peels gives a simple drink much more depth and complexity.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Fords Gin
  • 4 parts Premium Tonic
  • Lemon, Orange, and Grapefruit Twists

Instructions

  • Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass, starting with gin, then the tonic.
  • Garnish with lemon, orange, and grapefruit twists. Citrus wheels work equally well.
