Singapore Sling
Shaken Fruity, Refreshing
This tropical drink is a riff off of the classic Gin Sling, created at the Long Bar at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. The cherry and Bénédictine (a french herbal liqueur) are compounded by pineapple juice and orange liqueur to add depth to an already-complex flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.5 parts Fords Gin
- 0.5 parts Lime Juice
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- .25 parts Benedictine
- 0.5 parts Cherry Liqueur
- 0.25 parts Cointreau
- 1 Dash Angostura
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice and strain into a highball glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
