Corpse Reviver

Shaken Aromatic, Citrusy

An instance where the riff became more famous than the original: this particular eye-opener was intended to wake one up after a long night of the same activity. The depth of flavor comes from the gin botanicals and the Absinthe rinse, while the balance is struck between the triple sec and drier aperitif wine.

Ingredients

  • .75 parts Fords Gin
  • .75 parts Lillet Blanc
  • .75 parts Lemon Juice
  • .75 parts Dry Curacao
  • Dash of Absinthe

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
