If you’re a gin lover, chances are you probably know a bit about Juniper. Juniper berries are a spice used in a wide variety of culinary dishes and best known for the primary flavoring in gin.
Gin is even short for the Dutch word for Juniper: Genever.
Fords is a juniper-forward gin but with a good amount of citrus, sweet spices and florals to take the bite off of the juniper, but still add complexities and allow the juniper to be the star.
